For those of us that don't want to buy our quick breads of the boxed weight watchers variety ;) because that stuff is always dry and icky.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup egg whites
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup applesauce
2 medium bananas, mashed

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Combine dry ingredients.

  3. Combine wet ingredients.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients together.

  5. Pour batter in greased round cake pan. Bake 45-55 minutes.

  6. Cut into 12 slices.
