Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

3 medium bananas
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 egg whites
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup oats

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Mix all ingredients together and beat well. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
