A healthy version of my favorite banana bread

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

3 bananas
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup low fat milk
1/4 cup low fat sour cream
2 egg whites
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Mash the bananas. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Add bananas, milk, sour cream and egg whites. In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients. Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients. This can be baked as bread, muffins or mini muffins so the baking time will vary anywhere from 15 - 25 minutes depending on the oven. 350 degrees.
