Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 egg whites
1/3 cup agave syrup
1/2 cup applesauce
3 bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup spelt flour
1 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. beat eggs in a medium bowl

  2. add agave, applesauce, mashed bananas, vanilla, and baking soda

  3. Beat with mixer

  4. add flours

  5. mix with mixer

  6. add walnuts

  7. mix by hand

  8. pour into sprayed loaf pan

  9. bake 350 for 1 hour

  10. turn out on cooling rack
