Way to use up those over-ripe bananas

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsps baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 cups mashed bananas
1 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients- set aside

  2. Cream butter and sugar; add bananas; add eggs one at a time beating well after each; add walnuts, then stir in dry ingredients.

  3. Prepare 2 loaf pans, butter and flour each. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes in pans before turning onto rack to cool thoroughly.
