Not too sweet but low-cal and yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 3/4 c whole wheat flour
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp Brummel and Brown spread
1/2 cups applesauce
1 egg
3 bananas - mashed

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. pre-heat oven to 350

  2. mix dry ingredients together

  3. beat egg and bananas into separate bowl

  4. mix dry slowly into wet

  5. Bake in a greased pan for an hour

  6. allow to cool before slicing
