Nice low cal. low fat option...it's very thin, so if you wanted a thicker more traditional bread use loaf or square cake pan.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

3 bananas, medium
1 1/2 c. flour, all-purpose
1/2 c. Splenda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
4 tbsp. applesauce

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Mash bananas in bowl.

  2. Add all other ingredients, mix together.

  3. **You can add cinnamon and nutmeg for more flavor.

  4. Pour into sprayed (greased) 9x13 pan.

  5. Cook 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.

  6. Cut into 15 squares.
