Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/3 cups mashed bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven - 350 degrees

  2. Spray pan.

  3. Bowl #1 - combine flour, soda, salt.

  4. Bowl #2 - cream butter and sugar. Stir in eggs and banana until well blended.

  5. Combine the 2 bowls. Mix until moistened.

  6. Bake about 23 - 25 minutes
