Moist banana bread made from scratch.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
2 bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. 2. Grease 9x3x5 pan.

  3. 3. Beat eggs, sugar, butter. Add rest of ingredients, adding mashed bananas last.

  4. 4. Cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

  5. 5. Let cool, cut into 16 pieces.
