This is my grandmothers recipe for banana bread. Made from scratch and very easy to make. Its the best recipe for banana bread. Comes out very moist.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup mashed banana

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl

  3. Grease and flour bread pan

  4. Pour ingredients into pan.

  5. Cook for 55-60 minutes.
