Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

4 oz Salted Butter
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 medium Egg, Whole
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
4 oz Chopped Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat. mash bananas in a separate bowl and add to mixture. Blend in flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix in nuts. Pour into large, well-greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
