Delicious, moist, and easy to make banana bread! Makes a large amount, so extra can be frozen and then thawed and enjoyed!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1/3 cup honey
1 cup brown sugar
3 bananas
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 1/2 cup oat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Cream honey, butter, and brown sugar together. Add mashed bananas and beat well. Add eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add to batter alternately with milk, then add vanilla. Spoon into greased 9x5 laof pans and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool pans on rack for 10 min.; remove from pans. Bread should not be served until it is allowed to mellow for 1 day well wrapped in foil at room temperature. May be frozen. *may add raisins
