Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

3 med. bananas, mashed
1/4 c. egg substitute
1 stick margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbs. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Cream margarine and sugar together. Add egg substitute and blend. Stir in vanilla and buttermilk. Sift dry ingredients together. Mix, adding flour mixture alternately with the mashed bananas.

  2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour in a loaf pan, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
