Banana bread with nonfat Greek yogurt

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

4 ripe banana
114 g Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt
4 T melted butter
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
3/4 c sugar
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Blend wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Fold together. Bake 55 min. in greased loaf pan at 350 deg.
