Banana bread made w/ real bananas

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

7 serving Gold Seal Unbleached Flour
48 tsp Natural Cane Turbinado Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
3 medium banana Bananas
2 large Egg, Whole
0.13 serving 2% Partly Skimmed Milk
5 3/10 tbsp Salted Butter

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. 1and 3/4 cups all purpose unbleached flour

  2. 2/3 cup sugar in the raw

  3. 2 tsp baking powder

  4. 1/2 tsp baking soda

  5. 1/4 tsp salt

  6. 3 whole mashed ripe bananas

  7. 1/3 cup of butter

  8. 2 tbsp milk

  9. 2 eggs

  10. in large mixing bowl mix 1 cup flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add mashed banana; butter, and milk. Beat w/ electric mixer on low till blended, then on igh for 2 min. Add eggs and remaining flour; beat till blended.

  11. Pour into greased 8x4x2 loaf pan bake at 350 degrees for 55 - 40 min.
