Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 large Egg, Whole
6 oz Domino Premium Pure Cane Granulated Sugar
4 oz Butter
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt
4 oz Walnut Halves
0.33 cup Milk Plus Dha Omega-3 Reduced Fat 2% Milkfat
1 serving Pure Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of bread pan. Blend sugar and butter with mixer, add eggs. Mash bananas, add to butter and sugar mixture, then add milk and vanilla. In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Add walnuts if desired. Pour flour mixture in with liquid mixture and blend well. Pour into bread pan and bake for 55-60 minutes.
