Banana bread with walnuts and coconut

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

8 tablespoons butter
8 ounces flour, all-purpose
8 ounces, whole wheat
1 teaspoon, salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup Splenda
2 eggs
3 bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup, sweetened coconut, grated

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Mix the dry ingredients and set aside.

  2. Cream butter.

  3. Beat in eggs and bananas.

  4. Mix all ingredients together.

  5. Spoon into greased loaf pan.

  6. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes in 350 degree oven.
