I hate bananas but I love banana bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

3 bananas
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 t. pure vanilla extract
1 t. baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 cups flour

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Heat oven to 350 F. Smash bananas and then mix oil into them. Then add sugar, egg and vanilla. Sprinkle baking soda and salt over mixture. Mix. Add flour mix. Pour into 4x8 greased loaf pan. Bake for an hour.
