Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 bananas, mashed
1/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Mix flour, baking power, baking soda, salt and sugar together

  2. Melt butter and let cool

  3. Mash 2-3 bananas

  4. Add butter, bananas and eggs to flour mixture

  5. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour
