Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 cups flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup nuts
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup mashed bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Preheat over to 350F

  2. Grease a 9x5x3 inch loafpan

  3. Put in the 2 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 3 tsp of baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt.

  4. Stir in 1/2 cup of chopped nuts

  5. Beat together the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and mashed bananas.

  6. Add liquid to dry ingredients and beat for about half a minute (bottom will be lumpy)

  7. Turn into prepared pan

  8. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 65 to 70 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
