4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.33 cup Butter
12 tbsp Coconut Crystals
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.5 cup Essential Eating Flour

Recipe Directions for banana bread

melt butter. mish ripe bananas, add to butter. beat in the egg. add vanilla, sugar, baking soda and pinch of salt. add flour. pour into buttered loaf pan and bake at 350 for an hour.
