Low fat, low calorie banana bread. Delicious!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1/4 cup margarine
1 cup splenda no calorie
3 bananas
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
2 egg whites
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Soften margarine, blend with sugar or splenda. Add mashed bananas, milk, sour cream and egg whites. In a seperate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to wet mixture and blend well.

  2. Pour into 4 small greased mini loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted is removed clean.
