Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

4 ripe bananas, smashed
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar (can easily reduce to 3/4 cup)
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

beat eggs, butter, vanilla and bananas in a mixer. In other bowl, mix sugar, baking soda, salt and all purpose flour. Add dry mix one spoon full at a time to mixer. Grease a 4x9 inch pan and then set in oven for 1hour 15 minutes.
