Homemade Banana Bread with light butter and 1/2 the sugar, 1/2 Splenda.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup Splenda
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 cup Blue Bonnet Stick

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Add flour, sugar, Splenda, and baking soda. Turn in margarine and then the bananas.

  2. Add eggs and mix well.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
