Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1/2 cup, melted Butter
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, White
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt, Table
4 oz Sour Cream
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x5 loaf pan. In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt, stir into the butter mixture until smooth. Finally, fold in the sour cream, walnuts , choc.chips and bananas. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool loaf in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
