Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread Pudding

2/3 cup 1% low-fat milk (1082)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 large eggs
4 cups bread, in 1/2-inch cubes (about 4 slices)
225 g (1 cup mashed) bananas, about 2
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread Pudding

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir with a whisk. Add remaining ingredient and pour into 2-quart (?) casserole dish.

  2. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes or until done.
