Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread Protein Muffins

1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas
6 oz Eggs
1 serving Taste of Inspirations Greek nonfat yogurt
1.25 serving my essentials old fashioned oats
2 scoop 100% Whey Protein
2 oz In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 serving Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread Protein Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin liners with olive oil cooking spray.

  2. Place all of the ingredients in a blender, (or food processor), and blend until mixture is smooth.

  3. Divide mixture evenly between 12 muffin tins.

  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

  5. (Note: be sure to use either silicone or foil liners with the paper insert removed because they will stick, as does any muffin made with oats rather than flour!)
