Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread with Pecans

2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon allspice
4 bananas, overripe
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup corn oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread with Pecans

  1. Preheat overn to 350. Lightly grease 6 mini pans.

  2. In a large bowl combine dry ingrediants.

  3. In another bowl combine banana and sugar. Then add oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in dry ingrediants just til mixed. Stir in nuts by hand.

  4. Divide batter between 6 tins. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
