Banana Bread made with olive oil and whole wheat flour

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread, with olive oil

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. olive oil
1 egg
3 c. whole wheat flour
3 T. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed
1/2 c. flax seed, ground

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread, with olive oil

  1. Mash bananas and add sugar, olive oil, egg, milk and vanilla. Blend together.

  2. Mix dry ingredients together then add to the wet. Mix until just incorportated.

  3. Bake at 350 F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.

  4. Makes 2 loaves.
