Recipe Ingredients for Banana bread with nuts

1 serving Safeway canola oil 1/3 cup
24 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, Whole
1.33 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
4 dash Salt, Table
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.75 cup Walnuts
0.5 cup Pistachio Nuts
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for Banana bread with nuts

Mash bananas with potato masher, then add sugar and eggs and mix well. Measure out flour then add rest of dry ingredients except nuts and mix well before gradually adding to wet mix. Add nuts at end. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour. Makes 18 (slice thin!) pieces. A small treat!
