Recipe Ingredients for banana bread- new and improved

1 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
4 banana
2 egg white
1 tsp vanilla
1 apple
2/3 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/3 scoop protein powder

Recipe Directions for banana bread- new and improved

  1. preheat oven to 350.

  2. Soak oatmeal in a bowl for ten minutes.

  3. Add chopped apple, banana, peanut butter, vanilla, egg whites,salt and ground cinnamon in a food processor.

  4. Transfer mixture into a medium bowl and add baking powder and soda.

  5. Fold in flour and oatmeal.

  6. You can add chocolate chips or raisins or anything you like. I like to add 1 chopped up banana.

  7. Pour into a greased baking pan.

  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
