Banana muffins with whole wheat instead of all-purpose/white flour

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread Muffins - Whole Wheat

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 bananas, mashed
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
3/4 cup white sugar

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread Muffins - Whole Wheat

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a bowl, mix together whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a blender, or a separate bowl, blend together bananas, oil, egg, and sugar.

  4. Thoroughly mix together banana mix into the dry mix (flour, baking powder, soda, salt).

  5. Pour mixture into muffin trays. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
