Banana Bread recipe made into muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread Muffins

1/2 cup Margarine, Regular, Hard
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 Egg, Whole
3 Bananas
1 3/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Powder, Low-sodium
1/2 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread Muffins

Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs until smooth. Add mashed bananas. In second bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, add banana mixture and blend. Pour in muffing pan and bake at 400 oven for 20 minutes.
