Banana Bread Muffins with Chocolate Chips

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread Muffins

5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
8 oz Pure Cane Sugar
8 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
2 cup Flour, All Purpose
2 egg Cage Free All Natural Large Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 serving Distilled White Vinegar
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Baking Soda
4 oz Margarine Stick

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread Muffins

  1. Mix milk and vinegar

  2. Sift dry ingredients

  3. Use mixer for butter and sugar

  4. Add eggs to butter and sugar mixture

  5. Add dry ingedients and milk alternatly ending with milk

  6. Add vanilla

  7. Fold in bananas and chocolate chips

  8. Cook muffins at 350 degrees for 18 minutes
