Recipe Ingredients for Banana bread or muffins

1.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 large Egg, Whole
1.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 serving Distilled White Vinegar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 stick Butter
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana bread or muffins

  1. put 1 tsp vinegar in 1/2 cup milk

  2. In seperate bowl cream butter and sugar and then add the eggs then add the vanilla. Peel bananas and mash up in a seperate bowl. should be about 1 cup extra ripe bananas then mix in to wet ingredients. in a seperate bowl mix flour and baking soda then mix into wet ingredients and make sure you also mix in milk(soured). Then if making muffins bake foe 30 minutes at 350 degrees or in small loaf pans at 350 degrees for an hour. Makes 12 muffins or 2 small loaf pans.
