Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread or Muffins

1 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
1 cup mashed bananas (or any other fruit)
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup nuts (optional)

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread or Muffins

  1. mix ingredients together.

  2. for bread put into a greased and floured pan at 325F for 1 hr 15 min

  3. for muffins bake at 325F for 25 min

  4. makes 1 loaf or about 30 muffins
