Recipe Ingredients for banana bread/muffins

1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 cup mashed banana
2 tbs applesauce
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
8 ounce chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for banana bread/muffins

Preheat oven to 350. coat loaf pan or muffin tins with pam. Combine oil and sugar in medium bowl. Mix until sugar begins to dissolve. Add egg for 20 seconds. Add bananas and applesauce and mix until combined. Sift together dry ingredients in a spearate bowl. Add to creamed mixture and mix until combined. pour into pan and bake for 35-45 mins. (Less for muffins).
