Recipe Ingredients for Banana bread muffins

4 cup Organic Brown Rice Flour
36 tsp In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
5 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.13 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
10 tbsp Reduced Fat Sour Cream
4 large Egg, White
2 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Banana bread muffins

Mix try ingredients. On a large plate, mash banana. Add banana to a separate medium-sized bowl. Add egg white, sour cream, and milk. Heat water in mug. Add flaxseed. Let sit for 2 minutes. Add to wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry. Mix. Pour into muffin containers. Cook at 350 degrees for approx. 45 mins.
