Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread Muffins (with nuts)

1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 large Egg, Whole
0.75 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.33 cup Chopped Walnuts
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread Muffins (with nuts)

Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and bananas. Mix in the rest of the ingredients until smooth. Lightly grease the insides of the muffin cups with shortening, and fill them 3/4 of the way full. Bake at 350 for 24 minutes.
