1 1/2 cups sugar
410 g bananas
100 g eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
65 g walnuts

  1. Cream sugar and shortening.

  2. add remaining and mix well.

  3. Bake in 2 large bread pans at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
