Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread (MiniMuffins)

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups banana
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread (MiniMuffins)

  1. Mix dry ingredients together (except sugar).

  2. Cream butter and sugar.

  3. Add eggs, then dry ingredients, SLOWLY.

  4. Pour into nonstick loaf pan.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min.

  6. Tart Pans: no need to butter, cook ~25 minutes
