Lowfat banana bread that takes great!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread - Lowfat

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 large bananas
3 tbsp. skim milk
1/2 c. yogurt, plain and non-fat
1 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread - Lowfat

combine dry ingredients. In separate bowl, beat eggs slightly. Beat in bananas until mixed well. Add milk, yogurt and oil. Mix well. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients and mix until combined. Pour into bundt pan (or two small loaf pans) that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
