Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread: Lower Cal

16 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
2 stick Butter
4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 large Egg, Whole
2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread: Lower Cal

  1. Mash or food process bananas.

  2. Add eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla and mix.

  3. Put sugar in a separate bowl.

  4. Add melted/cooled butter and mix.

  5. Add banana mixture and mix.

  6. Add flour and soda.

  7. Pour mixture into a Greased and floured bunt pan.

  8. Bake at 350 for approximately 35 minutes.

  9. Bread is ready when a toothpick comes out clean.
