Low fat, sugar free breakfast bread

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread - LOW FAT SUGAR FREE

1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
8 oz spelnda
3 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 large bananas
2 cups whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread - LOW FAT SUGAR FREE

  1. Mix sugar replacement and applesauce until fluffy.

  2. Add eggs one at a time beating between each egg.

  3. Add baking soda, salt, vanilla & bananas, mix well.

  4. Gradually add flour.

  5. Let sit 20 minutes.

  6. Bake 80 minutes at 300.
