2 tbs brown sugar
5 tbs smart balace light
1 egg
2 egg whites
3 bananas
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c pecans

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread from Light Cooking

  1. Beat sugars (except 1 tbs brown sugar)and margarine

  2. Add egg, egg whites, and banana

  3. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt

  4. Fold into banana mixture

  5. Pour into bread pan

  6. Top with 1 tbs brown sugar and pecans

  7. Bake at 375 for 1 hour
