A simple banana bread low in calories and easy to make. For 1 serving only 125 cals for 1/12 slice. You will need an 11"x4"x3" loaf pan approx. Parchment paper. Bowl, wooden spoon, fork, masher and ingredients.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread - Lee's Low Calorie

1/4 cup margarine, becel
1 cup splenda no calorie
1 large egg
3 bananas, large
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread - Lee's Low Calorie

  1. Add margarine into a plastic bowl

  2. To that add your large or extra large egg

  3. Add the sugar (I prefer 0 cal. splenda)

  4. Mix well

  5. Then add the cut up pieces of bananas and mash well

  6. To this add the flour

  7. Add the baking soda

  8. Add the salt

  9. Mix well

  10. Optional: add 1/4 cup 2% milk or 1/4 sour cream

  11. Mix well

  12. Pour batter into loaf pan

  13. Makes 12 servings at 125 cals. each
