Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread - Homemade

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking soda
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 bananas, mashed

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread - Homemade

In bowl mix all ingredients except for milk lemon juice, and baking soda. Add baking soda to milk, sprinkle lemon juice into that. Mix that into bowl of all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
