Recipe Ingredients for banana bread, homemade

1.33 cups flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
5.33 tbsp unsalted butter
0.66 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for banana bread, homemade

  1. blend first four ingredients together

  2. cream butter and sugar

  3. add dry ingredients and blend until crumbly

  4. lightly beat eggs and blend them into above

  5. stir in banana and walnuts

  6. bake at 350 F for 50-60 minutes

  7. cool 5-10 minutes and remove from pan
