Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread - Heathers

2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread - Heathers

  1. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl

  2. Mix wet ingredients and add to bowl

  3. Add chocolate chips and walnuts

  4. Pour into loaf pan

  5. Bake 350 for 45 - 60 min

  6. Cool on wire rack in pan 20 min, then remove and cool on rack
