1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 egg
1 egg yolk
3 medium bananas
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Recipe Directions for BANANA BREAD CIRCA 2011

  1. Grease bottom only of 9 inch bread pan

  2. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately.

  3. pour wet into dry and mix just till combined.

  4. bake at 350 for about 50 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
